ANDREW DAVID

I was born in Coon Rapids, MN, in 1989. I moved to Des Moines, IA, in 1997. I spent most of my high school years in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I began learning to write songs, sing, and play the guitar. After graduating I returned to Iowa, where I studied music and creative writing. This is also when I started performing - first at open mic nights and coffee shops, then learning to book shows at more prominent spaces. I spent a decade working on this, playing in various bands and musical groups, as well as honing my skills as a solo artist. In 2018 I returned to Minnesota and now live in Blaine with my wife and two kids. Music is something that has captivated me and woven into my life. I perform original songs as well as well-known cover songs from all genres. Please contact me for more in-depth booking details.
